The P:S Programming membership gives you full access to our entire programming library, built from years of study, experience and success. Multiple program tracks means you can choose the program that fits best for you. P:S CORE
The cornerstone of the Priority:Strength programming library. A well rounded resistance training program designed to build strength, improve body composition and elevate your fitness. P:S CORE comes with multiple versions available to meet your training schedule and needs. Whether you're relatively new to training or a seasoned veteran, there's a combination just right for you.
HYPERTROPHY
For experienced trainees looking to add some serious muscle. Advanced techniques and formats planned with precision to super-charge your gains. A serious challenge for even the most seasoned lifters.
BODY COMPOSITION
If you're looking to shed body fat and add some lean muscle, look no further. This is the program trusted by P:S Clients who demand the best when it comes to looking their best, including 2017 and 2018 Miss Universe contestants. And even if you're just getting started, there's a version for you, too.
CONDITIONING
Mixed-modality conditioning workouts to jump start your metabolism and guaranteed to leave you wiped. Different versions are available for different types of equipment availability at your gym. These workouts can be layered on top of any other P:S program. Bonus: scientifically proven to be 1000x more fun than even the most exciting of elliptical machines.

TECHNOLOGY AND SUPPORT

Membership doesn't mean a simply receive a stack of PDFs. You'll get access to Priority:Strength's very own mobile app to take everything with you right to the gym; viewing your workouts, see video demonstrations of each exercise, log your results, and much more.
You'll also have access to your own personal database where you can do just about anything you'd need. You can view your personal calendar and move workouts around as needed to accommodate a busy schedule. You can see all of your workout and exercise history, plotted out neatly with numbers and graphs so you can see how you've improved. Log before-and-after pictures to see your progress over time.
Our support doesn't end with just the workouts. Along the way you'll receive tons of helpful information and videos to help you navigate your new program. Surely at some point you've stepped in the gym and had questions about something... Is this the right weight? Am I doing this exercise correctly? Where should I be feeling this? P:S will provide tons of videos to answer questions like these and countless more that you've likely never thought to ask. And better yet, they'll all be provided to you when they matter most. Still have questions? We're here to help. Below is a list of some frequent questions about the P:S Programming Membership that we hope might help clear some things up.
What type of equipment do I need for these programs?
All P:S programs are designed to be used in a standard full-service gym. You can expect to use barbells, dumbbells, cable columns, a handful of machines and several other fun pieces of gear. 
What if there's an exercise that I can't do because of my equipment availability?
While every program is designed to be performed with fairly standard and commonplace equipment, we recognize that occasionally a substitution will be necessary. In the event that there's an exercise that you can't perform as written, simply view the video demonstration for a list of alternatives. 
How do I get the app?​
Search for "Priority:Strength" in either the Apple or Google Play Store. Once your membership is active you sign in with the same information and all of your workouts will be ready for you right on your phone.
How does each 'phase' differ from the one before it?​
The short answer is, it's complicated. But every P:S programming track is designed to deliberately and effectively add appropriate volume and intensity over time to keep your improvements coming. You can also expect to see more advanced techniques introduced as you advance through your program. Things like pauses, extended eccentrics, isometrics, drop sets, back off sets, myotatics and much more could be a part of your program. Not just because they're fun, but because when used appropriately, they work.
(If you don't know what some or all of those things are, don't worry. There will always be tutorials when something new is introduced.)
How long is each 'program'?​
While there are some exceptions, most programs are broken up into 12-week phases. When you start a new program, each week will be drip-fed on to your calendar for the duration of the phase. When that phase runs out, simply pick the next one from the library, or change directions and try something new.
How many programs are there?
It's hard to say since we're always working to add new and different programming options, but if you take all of the programs that we have available now it adds up to more than 10 years of workouts.
What's the difference between each program?​
Programs differ from one another primarily based on the intended outcome of each. Depending on whether or not you want to build strength, lose fat, add muscle, or whatever else, the rep schemes, loading, and rest periods will differ quite significantly. Different goals also call for different protocols... timed sets and GBC work well for body composition, but a 3-2-1 wave works better for getting strong. We make sure to use the right tool for the job.
